You can typically expect a quote from us within 1-3 business days. The exact timeframe depends on the complexity of the project. Pricing is mainly influenced by material costs, the type of machining (turning, milling, or turn-mill), tolerance requirements, surface finish, quantity, and the required lead time.

We don’t have a strict MOQ requirement. Whether it’s prototyping, fixture fabrication, or mass production with thousands of pieces, we’re happy to serve you. For long-term partnerships or large-scale production, we welcome discussions for more favorable pricing options.

3D printing is ideal for components with complex structures, hollow interiors, or multiple curved surfaces, where mechanical strength is not a major requirement. It is also suitable for early-stage designs that require frequent modifications.

CNC machining is recommended for components that require high precision, superior mechanical strength, and materials such as metals or engineering plastics. It is typically used for final functional or durability testing, when the design is already close to mass production.

The cost is primarily determined by the material, machining time, surface finish, technical difficulty, and whether it's an urgent request. Since prototyping is typically done in small batches or as a single unit, the unit price is usually higher. For long-term partnerships, we can offer discounts or mass production rates to reduce future costs.

Our current maximum travel range is X 1,400 mm, Y 700 mm, and Z 630 mm. For general metal parts, machining tolerances can reach ±5 μm.

Specific precision components can be discussed based on requirements. Please indicate critical tolerances on your drawings — we will confirm feasibility according to the process and inspection conditions.

We work with aluminum, stainless steel, medium-carbon steel, and various plastics such as POM, UPE, Bakelite, fiberglass board, and acrylic. For special materials, please contact us for consultation.

Common materials can be prepared within 1–2 hours, while special materials or those affected by supplier peak seasons may require additional lead time.

We offer a wide range of finishes including anodizing, electroless nickel plating, environmentally friendly black zinc, black nickel, painting, electrophoretic coating, and black dyeing. These surface treatments enhance the appearance, performance, and durability of your final products.

We strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Products undergo rigorous quality control during material preparation, production, and before shipment.

We utilize inspection equipment, gauges, and tools appropriate for the specific component, including CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).

Upon your request, we can discuss the provision of documentation such as FAI (First Article Inspection) reports and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submissions.
