Production Workflow
1 Preparation
Material Procurement
Strategically located in the Xinzhuang Industrial Cluster in Taipei, we source key materials such as steel, aluminum, bakelite, engineering plastics, and FR4 within 1–2 hours. This accelerates production, reduces our carbon footprint, and supports strong ESG practices.

Incoming Material Inspection
All raw materials go through rigorous inspections upon arrival and prior to machining. Any defective items are promptly returned or replaced, then isolated to ensure production quality.
Physical Processing
Pre-processing, including cutting and deburring, is performed according to customer specifications.
2 In-Production
Machining Capability

Machining Tolerance: up to ± 5 µm
In-Process Inspection
Senior quality control personnel conduct random inspections during production to ensure overall accuracy.
Grinding & Polishing
Polishing, grinding, and related processes are performed to meet client requirements.
Final Inspection
Critical dimensions are sampled after machining to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Surface Treatment
Available processes include anodizing, electroless nickel plating, eco-friendly black zinc, black nickel, painting, electrophoresis, and black dyeing to meet diverse project needs.

Packaging &
Shipping
Pre-Shipment Quality Check
Before shipment, all products undergo a final round of strict inspection. If any issues emerge, we thoroughly investigate the scope, verify tools and programs, and record all corrections directly onto the on-site CAD drawings. This safeguards rock-solid consistency in future production runs.
Packaging
All shipments are packaged per drawing specifications. Only qualified finished goods are stored in a categorized, temperature-controlled inventory area.
Shipping
Once verified, logistics are arranged for delivery in a timely manner.
